Often we didn't have them. And getting a beach towel is very easy, as much as you say, they will give you. The food is tasty, but the menu is narrow, I wanted more fish dishes and seafood. The assortment of local fruits offered was narrow. Most of them from another country are not tasty. Poor service quality. Communicating is not easy, not all staff understand English. Minus two bars and only one bar makes two cocktails. Disposable dishes, the menu is narrow. One bar has queues all day and evening. There is little European music during the day. Animators do not invite people to play games. You have to find all the information yourself. Hotel is nice, our hotel room was comfortable, with very big terrace connected to other rooms where our friends were staying, was nice to sit together in the evenings and kids could play together there. Beautiful sea view to watch sunset. Food was also good. Hotel and beach bit overcrowded. Allinclusive coctails to be improved - only 2 coctails in menu. Would recommend to implement different towel exchange system, otherwise many people are taking a lot of towels and trying to reserve sunbeds in beach and at the pool same time even if not using them.. They both told me, that the building I was at id the main building (building E...), there was really old and worn-off elevator, no fire safety whatsoever, the staff was going for a smoke at the entrance, so ever-present smell, the building was mostly under reconstruction so very dusty and dirty as you can see from my pictures. Not at all what the Fischer advertisement shown.
