We booked a Superior Suite with ocean view. The property (7/10): the hotel is rated as a 4 stars. The rooms needs refurbishment and the bathroom is actually not as fresh as you would expect it to be for a 4 stars hotel. We even had a leakage problem in the bathroom ceiling. It was explained to me that the 4 stars rating it is according to the country rating and should not be compared to other 4 stars properties in other countries.  The best part with our staying was the hotel staff and the location. The property is located by the beach Moudounou which makes it perfect if you don't want to go too far. The hotel is really small, stylish, clean and cozy. The beach is clean an the water clear and every single staff member was really friendly, polite and eager to help in any circumstance. If you want to explore the environment you should get a rentalcar. We asked Sofia the receptionist about a car and git one the next day for a great price. We really enjoyed it and can only recommend it. The beach is public and off season not crowded. In contrary to the hotel the beach is not adults only. It's quiet. There are only very small streets nearby so there is no traffic noise. The hotel has a private area directly above the beach on a terrace with a bar. The food is very good and the staff is super friendly and service oriented. The nearby village is nice with bars and restaurants and you can walk there (5 mins up a steep hill). Two things really bothered me. First, the bar plays music all day. So if you are in the private area or nearby on the beach you can't escape it. You are swimming in the ocean far out and what you hear is music. But it starts not before 10.30 am and ends at around 5 pm. Second, the WIFI is terrible. Slow and a lot of interruptions.
